Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
