This is a very beautiful sofa. The faux leather is high quality. It is soft to the touch and it is hard to distinguish from genuine leather. Wonderful, warm caramel color. The sofa comes all packed in one box which is convenient. The inserts for the cushions are vacuum sealed so that is how everything fits in a single container. The cushions fluff up very quickly upon opening and it wasn’t difficult to get them into the zippered cases. It does require two people for assembly. Support is firm yet comfy. (Due to wayfair not having a truck that could carry the weight of the sectional. had to wait an extra week) and for the material and cushions being a bit cheap/too firm. It’s a very sturdy couch, short compared to a real couch, but as expected when reading the dimensions. I picked it because a lot of the reviews said that the cushions were firm and not soft and I wanted to ensure it lasted me the 3 years I’d be int rh little apartment I was in. I will say it IS more firm than I expected, almost 3 years and haven’t softened up any, but I prefer that over them flattening out and becoming thin and very uncomfortable.
