This dryer is awesome. It seems like it takes longer than a normal dryer, but it really doesn't. We don't have to run it 3 times to dry towels. It can fit a lot of towels. It can dry our king size comforter with ease. It uses about 1/4 the power of our old normal dryer. It also is really good at removing pet hair from clothes. I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. Sectional looks great, but 2 consoles arrived damaged - one in transit and the other likely a manufacturing defect - busted power connector. One of the chairs was also damaged. It took forever to work with Wayfair with the text support that is asynchronous and not great and phone support that seemed overly optimistic / uninformed. The two consoles were replaced. The chair could not be replaced - supposedly out of stock within days of the sectional arriving. Even though Wayfair provided an okay discount after a lot of back and forth negotiation, I was left unimpressed with the whole process. I would be very wary of buying high priced items here!. Viswa.
