Looks great and very solid construction. Would definitely purchase again. Description says real wood and it is real wood not particle or press board. Pine with a baked on finish which looks fantastic. Assembly is simple and the directions are straightforward. Everything aligned perfectly and it took about 45 min to assemble both boxes. We bought this pantry for our mountain cabin. I liked the translucent glass on the top cabinets. My husband put it together starting at 9:15am and finished at 11pm that same day :-) !!! With an hour break for lunch and 2 1/2 hours for dinner. LOL. He said no problem with the directions as they were (1) all pictures and (2) the individual pieces were numbered. He said the quality is good for the price and his only comment was that there were 4000 individual pieces/parts LOL!! Not really but seemed like it. He had parts spread out all over the floor and put all the nuts and screws in cups so as not to lose anything. He said there were extra parts in case someone lost something. The cabinet really is beautiful when built. However mine came a little scratched up. My two glass looking pieces have visible scratches and one of the trash can doors has a white mark at the bottom of the board. Beautiful but time-consuming and very detailed. I stripped a screw and couldn’t fix the handle trim on BR door. Also put a lot of pieces in backwards or upside down and had to redo. Because of the roll-out drawers, there are a LOT of things to assemble.
