Pluses and minuses for this couch. No tools necessary and easy to assemble. Some portions take two people but quick and easy. Overall Comfort once the cushions take shape is very good for sitting or laying but the back Cushions are slim and not very comfortable. Need to be fuller and the back rests do not seem to be too durable. They are a ratcheted bracket holding the backrest up and seems flimsy. Also, the back of the couch on each backrest has brackets that pull down to make the futon sofa bed and they are not covered and look very cheap. Not a problem if the couch is against the wall but not ideal for being open with no wall support. Overall It depends on if this is for daily use or light use. You only sent arms to the sofa. When I called to let Wayfair know, I was told there are not any pieces available for this sofa. Why would you send me arms if the remainder of the couch doesnt exist. The picture is of the 2 arms i received. Cant make a sofa with just arms. Though the rep was at least very kind.
