The lowest temp is 61 as a timer and all the basic features that a window unit usually comes with. You can turn the display off the lights in the display with the remote or you can leave it on. The display is very clear to read. I know its more of a personal preference, but I like how the remote is kind of bulky and a nice size. I always lose smaller things so I appreciate the size of the remote. The installation is what you would expect with any window AC unit. Nothing special. The evaporator arrived quickly and damage free. It is larger than I expected. I was kind of skeptical that this would cool down my patio. To my surprise, it did exactly that. The instructions were vague but I was able to figure out how to use it. When I turned it on, it took about 2 minutes before it started blowing cool air. I was amazed of the volume of air this unit pushes and it was at low fan speed. Adding ice packs cools the air down even more. I will be buying another one for my garage.
