We bought two of these couches over the Black Friday Cyber Monday sale.. both sectionals arrived with some minor damage that the delivery man and I were quick to report - unsure of Wayfair and the manufacturers response just yet. Came as advertised, had a small issue but the manufacturer was able to resolve. The couch is a bit firm but I'm sure over time it'll even out.
