One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. Gorgeous! For $1300ish dollars I paid it is an incredible value. Very long and comfortable. Measurements were accurate. Fabric is chenille. It’s also not mentioned in the description but a HUGE PLUS for me was the cushion covers are removable and washable! Foam is very dense. Few things that would make it better are: higher legs so my robot vacuum can get under it, deeper cushions. I did buy additional pillows and a throw for decoration.
