The sauna is great! The beauty light in the original shipment came with the wood frame around it broken up. A replacement was sent and arrived yesterday. The frame was broken up again but not as bad. The beauty light was still in the wood frame this time but each end was broken. From the sides the unit was wrapped well but it was not wrapped well from the ends thus the heavy beauty light slid in the package from one end to the next breaking the wood frame. I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”.
