It’s a very sturdy couch, short compared to a real couch, but as expected when reading the dimensions. I picked it because a lot of the reviews said that the cushions were firm and not soft and I wanted to ensure it lasted me the 3 years I’d be int rh little apartment I was in. I will say it IS more firm than I expected, almost 3 years and haven’t softened up any, but I prefer that over them flattening out and becoming thin and very uncomfortable. The style looks great, cushion seats well, hard to medium lvl. I do love the sofa for it's comfy and it's functions but... There was some issues putting it together: 1. the back pieces would not lock/slide in evenly, had to use a hammer to get one part to move inward so it locks in place with the sofa part. 2. Trying to screw in the square bottom legs were a bit tough to get in right place to screw them in properly. 3.
