Very tight tolerances, to install, but absolutely stunning. We have taken one star off because the water pressure on the bidet is not as strong as we are used to, but it still does the job. We were stationed in Okinawa Japan for many years and as an American their fancy toliets were wild to us when we first arrived haha. It didn't take long to understand these toilets are the best thing ever. This product is sleek and beautiful (if a toilet can be called that) the functions it does is a luxury without the huge price of other brands. The kids are concerned about losing the remote control and how that will work out though. I do recommend having it installed professionally. We are in the middle of having tile put down in the bathroom this is going in so I was unable to install it, but I will hopefully be able to update on that soon! The heated seat is great for anyone up in a colder climate (so we are thinking about ordering in for my husband's family in Minnesota), which as a Floridian I never thought I'd agree on loving a heated seat haha.
