Being porcelain, it’s very hard and durable, and perhaps best of all, you can use an orbital sander to remove thinset and grout without damaging the finish—huge time saver! Just one critical thing to know in advance: these are spaced at 4mm, and you’ll have to search hard to find 4mm spacers. 3/16 is too wide, 1/8 is too skinny. On the upside, if things start looking a wee bit out of alignment, you can use those 3/16 and 1/8 spacers (very selectively) to cheat a little, with no discernible impact to aesthetics.. Ryan. We ordered a sample to see the tile in person before purchasing enough for our front hall floor. We received our order quickly via Fed Ex. The tile was wrapped and boxed very securely with only one broken tile out of the 120 tiles. The lot was the same for all 5 boxes (important).
