It’s a beautiful shower door. Heavy. I was hesitant on ordering based on a couple of the low reviews. We didn’t install it ourselves our contractor did. It was difficult to find the shower door I wanted for our tiny bathroom and this was perfect. Unfortunately this door isn’t going to work in our bathroom. There isn’t quite enough room for the door to open all the way as the bathroom is quite small. The doors themselves look very nice - quality glass with a thin black metal strip around them I think they look sharp. It looks nice but the setup for the main bar is iffy. All the weight is taken by two small discs screws tot he side walls, and you will need to glue these as well as screw them otherwise they spin when you try to screw the adjoining pieces to them. All good except for where the door has to swing out to open, which requires it to be above the track to clear for opening outward, this leaves a big gap from bottom of shower door down to the track and when showering, this allows the water that hits the track to splatter so bad that it wets the floor outside the shower terribly. It needs to come with either an attachable or something from the factory that attaches to the bottom of the door that is flexible plastic/rubber and does not allow the water to splatter out but still allows the door to open and close.. I really like this awning. It's easy to assemble and install. I did not take into account that it is NOT hail resistant. A hail storm ruined the panels, as hail went right through the panels. I ordered another one, because I really like the awning and its application.
