Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. So far so good! We just set up our new wine fridge a few days ago and it is working great! It didn't take that long for the different zones to get to our preferred temperatures. The unit itself is really quite beautiful and clearly of good quality. My only complaint is the assembly directions were quite poor. The numbered directions were not in order (1,2,4,7,8) and some of the directions were just inaccurate. We were able to figure out what needed to be done but were close to making a phone call to customer service for assistance. Ultimately, we are more than satisfied with our purchase!. Shannon. IL.
