I had ordered a toilet also but then cancelled it. The delivery notice said the toilet was being delivered! I emailed Wayfair support and they assured me the urinal was shipped and they were right!! This is probably the best Toto bidet toilet out there, I'm surprised it doesn't get enough advertisement. We have had probably 4 or 5 different bidet toilet between Kohler and Toto and this one definitely comes on top. It's the perfect size and the seat is comfortable. This toilet is absolutely beautiful! It arrived un-damaged because it was well packaged. It was very easy to assemble Took my plumber 30 minutes to complete install. I love the auto and kick flush.
