No grommets but wonderful to put up with all the reinforced areas to put cable ties in or however you wish to attach this. We are enclosing our entire fenced property mostly to keep our birds in. I got this screening for privacy from human neighbors and animal neighbors. My dogs are easily riled up by people that cut through the yaranimals that pass through , as well. This gives me a better sense of privacy, while also blocking things from my dogs some, too. Its a fabric of types, so its understandable that it has some give and stretch. I am still just trying to figure out how to work with that, which is difficult and Im hoping will be better with some time upright. I got mine for taller fences than mine, because I also have animals trying to come under the fence, and I thought staking it down to the ground at the bottom might help with that.
