Few things 1. Box is heavy - need two people to carry inside 2. The chair cushion is firm but comfy - and because of that, I find sits a bit high. Am hoping with time seat cushion will mellow a bit. 3. My husband and I are both under 6’ I can see if you are taller than that the chair especially in reclined mode will not fit you well. 4. The chair does fully recline to an almost horizontal mode you just need to pull the chair away from the wall if you have it close to allow space. For the price it’s a great couch! Love the color, thick fabric. Required a bit of steaming, the back legs are at a very slight angle. This is why I removed a star. Absolutely perfect. I was reluctant because it was custom and non refundable. Yet I perused the reviews and ordered sample fabric and it is exactly what I wanted. Very roomy and cushy. The kind of chair that you want to climb into, cross your legs and read a book or have your dog next to you in it. The slip covers are so nice (little wrinkles still). The chairs are robust in size. Tall and dwarfs my couch a tad but works nonetheless. Do not hesitate if you are wanting that genuine white beach canvas look and not the off white with beige fleck everyone else has. Super happy.
