This will be my second set of Schmidt Brothers knives because their quality had me cone back for more. The bonded ash is for a different kitchen. These are stunning in person and I am thrilled with them. The handles are each uniquely different in grain shades yet uniform in pattern. The block is a beautiful brown with a smoky stain.
