The door hinge is amazing -- even when you accidentally push too hard on the door, it closest softly. My only complaint is that one box came without the supports for the fourth shelf -- so one of my cabinets has four shelves and one has three. This medicine cabinet was surprisingly good quality! No assembly required, very heavy, and has soft-close doors. Some shelves are difficult to install unless you remove the hinges. One shelf peg hole was misaligned but I was able to fix the wobbly shelf with a small rubber door pad. Directions say that it takes 2 people to install it but I recommend 3. Only issue was that the dimensions were incorrect and instructions for contractor were also incorrect. Took 2 additional days for the install, original framed out space, was too large and had to be reframed and drywall had to be patched and textured. No lip on this item.
