This is an inspired and not your everyday under-mount kitchen sink with a unique shape. A large full bowl for maximum function, and large bakeware or cookware. When I saw these, I thought of my door brackets. The replacements I used were not black, and it doesn't look very nice. These are beautiful, solid black. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. I'd go with anther brand who offers service after you buy the unit. Like Mr. Steam. In fact, I'm going to buy one to replace malfunctioning Steamspa.. Anonymous. Mon Mar 10 2025
