The clothes come out clean and smelling fresh. The machine itself is very quiet… I have probably run about 100 loads on it already and I never hear it. Whereas my old machine was super loud when it would spin the clothes dry. The appearance of the machine is also super sleek with touchscreen buttons. I apologize for how messy my laundry room is as it is not fully renovated yet🤣 but once it is, the machine is going to look as modern as the room it’s in. The BIG design flaw is that when the cycle is complete it simply shuts off, no indicator light that the cycle has been completed. Major over-sight, possibly they could modify it with a sw update? Is it possible to be in love with a toilet? I am! I fell in love with this toilet before I even used it, reading reviews, examining its features, etc. And then my contractor installed it. From the moment it was plugged in, I knew it would be a game changer for me in the best possible way. Love the heated seat. Love *all* the bidet functions. Love the night light. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. This is a traditional toilet with smart features, and given the reputation and stellar history of Toto that accompanies this toilet, this unit is ultra-reasonably priced.
