We are thrilled! After searching and searching, we found the perfect sauna. I wanted it to be wide and long enough to stretch my legs out and not feel claustrophobic. It also is plenty of room for my husband and I. Three people can technically fit in it. Also to find one that has a true outdoor roof on it was fantastic. Most are just flat roofs like you would find in an indoor sauna, which concerned me since ours is on our back deck with no roof. It came in a wooden crate and was easy to assemble. Two people and a third to hold things in place was really helpful. Took us about 3 hours. The directions say to stain the outside for outdoor use, but the outside already looks and feels treated. The cord to plug it in is kind of short. We had to get an extension cord and we had to get a 20 amp plug put in at our house. All of that is worth it. I’ve been using my sauna every single day since we got it and I honestly love it. It has become part of my daily routine! My husband put it together in about 5 hours. The instructions were a bit difficult to follow, but he was able to figure it out. We did have to change the outlet because the plug was different but it was an easy swap. It heats up to 150 degrees in about 20 to 25 minutes. One of the main reasons I chose this sauna was because of the wattage. I did a lot of research before buying since there is such a wide price range, and higher wattage really does make a difference in how quickly and efficiently it heats. This one definitely delivers on that. It comfortably fits both my husband and me. I also love that it connects to my phone via Bluetooth so we can play music while we’re in there. Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. So far, I love it! I actually wanted a smaller sauna, to fit the niche of a removed (never-used) Jacuzzi bathtub. My wife didn't like my selection (too many knots in the wood), so I let her talk me into buying the Worthington model. I had to tear out the tile and sheet-rock on the two side walls, just to fit the sauna into the space.
