I bought this as a TV stand for our new living room last year. We have nice big windows and once we assembled it, we realized we didn’t want to block the whole window with a TV. Just a tad cumbersome putting it together by yourself. The only issue I had was the stabilizer board at the bottom. It did not quite fit in my toilet configuration, so I took out the top screws and allowed it to flip under. Would be great if there were three holes there just in case that happened... if anyone needed to make an adjustment. Otherwise looks good. Nobody would be able to tell. This media console is just the perfect addition to my living room. I chose the whitebrown so it goes with everything including the kitchen table that I got in the same colors. I had somebody put it together for me and it took him about an hour and a half. Even though the fire is artificial, it casts a nice warming, comforting glow and has sounds to go with it.
