I took a while to write this because it took us six months to find a contractor to put it together! Everyone is busy during peak contractor season. The finished product is amazing. It's a great deal and an amazing shed with lots of storage. Very stylish. I think our contractor had to buy paint, roof shingles and a couple of extra pieces of plywood. I will give you the breakdown, it took a licensed builder a full week to put it together but it's done right. Just to let you know if you are a DIY it will probably take three times that. WORTH IT. I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Well the shed is great but the team sent out to install it were not even familiar with how to put together a shed. They said that they don't even get told what they're going to build just to bring tools and show up somewhere. I was very disappointed. They didn't even get to finish that day but I didn't want them to come back because they wouldn't be paid to come back an extra day.
