It heats things quickly, the element and stove top don't remain hot for long after cooking, The range looks sharp, even "snappy." The panel display on the range sometimes talks back to you when cleaning it, but you just have to remind it that you're not cooking now, just cleaning. I'm not able to use my Pyrex coffee percolator on this range, which is too bad, but it's OK- the pots and pans you use have to be appropriate for the technology. And the oven- it's ability to convey information and provide uniform heating is first rate. Have this for about 15 months. Using Barkeepers for stainless steel to clean but over time, some spills have become impossible to remove. Any recommendations on other acceptable safe cleaners? I have black stainless steel. The cooktop works well. Too bad the hortizontal piece on which the knobs sit become very hot when the stove is in use. Need to be careful. The Samsung refrigerator fits in the same 36” space as our old 18 cf fridge. In our location we are against a side wall and a door casing so we selected the swing free clear model. The in door ice and water works great as does the ice storage tray for cubed ice in the bottom freezer section. The refrigerator is very quiet and the freezer and refrigerator sections maintain good temperatures. A frozen pizza can be placed flat in the freezer section unlike the side by side model that has no width to lay a pizza flat.
