Delivered on time. Great communication with the delivery company. Sauna was all there and in perfect condition. About 30 min to install. Had no issues. As noted from other reviewers it takes about 35 min to exceed 130 degrees. I would get in then and about 10 min later it would be over 140. Just as expected.
