For our space, we needed something soft, warm, and neutral. This rug was perfect - it is higher pile, but extremely easy to vacuum and clean. Very soft between our toes and the pup loves it! The color and texture are WAY off from the photos. It is shown on the website as being a darker reddish hue with contrasting orange fringe on the ends and subtle lines stitched through it. The lines are non-existent and the color is far more brown with the fringe being the same shade as the rug itself.
