For our space, we needed something soft, warm, and neutral. This rug was perfect - it is higher pile, but extremely easy to vacuum and clean. Very soft between our toes and the pup loves it! This is by far my most favorite purchases from Wayfair so far. It is a very heavy durable carpet. It takes two people to transport it but once you put it in the room, it is so elegant.
