The chair didn't work out for me, but I may be too bony for it. It was very easy to set up, just plug in and go. Instructions on operating the chair are not good. Lot of fumbling around. This unit works great! It heats up quickly and the steam output is consistent. The only thing I would change is a gauge on the water tank so you can see how much water is in the reservoir.
