Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Sauna was delivered on time and came in 3 big packages, but all wrapped together nicely. Packaging was done well to protect the packages. I had to open the packages in order to carry the individual pieces in to my basement. Set up was relatively easy, but does take two people as one person needs to hold pieces up while the other person gets the next piece. Setup took me only about 30 - 45 mins. I have the 4 person sauna so did need a dedicated 20amp outlet. Plugged all the cords in and everything worked like a charm! Control panel is easy to use and sauna works as expected! The one thing that could make it better... the control panel is inside the sauna. I wish their were a control panel on the outside as well. Then you could turn on the sauna from outside, rather than having to go inside the sauna to get it started up. Having a panel on the outside would also allow you to see what the temperature was inside while it's heating up. Definitely not affecting my use of the sauna, would just be a nice to have. All the wiring must be ensured to be connected to the plugs of the corresponding labels/colours; otherwise, the product will not work properly. 3. The door of the sauna can be opened from both the inside and outside. If you find the door of your sauna room opens inward, you can try to enter the sauna first then push the glass door outward to keep it open. We suggest opening the door outward so that the sealing strip on the door can fit closely when in use. 4. Since the sauna stone contains natural minerals, it may have a certain smell. We suggest using the sauna stones for the first and second time by opening the door and dry heat it. Wait until there is no smell before entering the sauna room to enjoy the sauna. Please note when using the sauna stove, do not always dry heat it, after putting in the sauna stone and wait for the sauna stove wire to heat up and turn red, water a small amount on the sauna stone. I researched the heck out of this purchase, and we couldn't be more pleased that we decided on this one! Delivery was quicker than promised, and the packages are very cleverly put together. We had three people for our assembly, and it went like a breeze. The most difficult part was finding the box of instructions and screws (which was at the very bottom of the LAST box we opened)! An indicator on the outside of the appropriate box - a red ribbon, or a message on the outside of the box - would solve this frustration. The clamps that hold the panels together are GENIUS, and the sauna was up and running in our pool house within hours (we unpacked in our barn, which was the staging area, and easily carried each panel as required into the pool house, some 30 yards distant). Heating took a matter of mere minutes, although we did find that the temperature fluctuates by about 5 degrees, throughout the course of a session. The quality, cedar scent, and penetrating heat are so restorative, and we even find we like the "mood" lighting, although I was dubious about this function, at first. We still haven't figured out how to use the MP3 player. The instructions are nothing short of incomprehensible, but we'll persevere (as other reviewers have). Although our sauna will predominantly be used by one or two of us at a time, the 4-person sauna was a good choice, as it allows greater ease of movement and comfort. This sauna is PERFECT in a pool house situation, as we use it the way saunas have historically been used by the Romans, indigenous people, etc. ... alternating between hot sauna and cold dips in the pool (which we swim in year-round, here in SC), but cold showers or a roll in the snow would have this same effect, in northern climes, or in the absence of a nearby pool or lake. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Quality Real Sauna Experience Delivery was fast and professional — they rolled the crate right into my garage. Everything arrived in perfect condition and very well packaged. Assembly took about 12 hours with two people. I’m pretty handy, but having a second person definitely helps. The barrel design goes together logically if you take your time. The cedar wood quality is excellent, and once heated, the smell is incredible — exactly what you expect from a traditional sauna. The 6 kW heater performs great. It heats the sauna to 180°F in about an hour. I prefer higher temps (185°F), and with minor airflow adjustments I’m confident it can reach 185–190°F. Steam over the stones feels strong but comfortable. As a heavy sauna user, I was very satisfied with how my body felt afterward — deep relaxation and a powerful sweat. Energy use seems reasonable for a 6 kW unit. Important tip The heater has a delay timer zone. To start heating immediately, turn the knob clockwise past the delay section and then back slightly into the first heating zone. Otherwise, it will wait before turning on. Also, after about one hour the heater automatically shuts off, so you’ll need to repeat the turn-on procedure if you want to maintain heat longer. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this purchase. So far, I love it! I actually wanted a smaller sauna, to fit the niche of a removed (never-used) Jacuzzi bathtub. My wife didn't like my selection (too many knots in the wood), so I let her talk me into buying the Worthington model. I had to tear out the tile and sheet-rock on the two side walls, just to fit the sauna into the space.
