I’m a huge fan of smart toilets! This toilet has a Small footprint which was perfect for our small bathroom. It was tricky to install due to the small space but it turned out great. I love the heated seat and wash the has but haven’t used all the great features yet. Instructions didn’t specify you have to remove the top part by snapping it off - lift the seat and where the middle notches are you can start lifting it. That’s how you add the nuts. This range hood is high quality. I bought a cheaper version a few years ago for my old house. I liked it, but now that I have this I can see where the cheaper one was lacking. This range hood is thicker steel that wont dent as easily. The oil tray is steel, the baffle filters feel commercial grade, the large duct size really moves a lot of air. I am glad I spent the money. Its loud but quieter than the old one. Relatively quiet for the amount of air it moves. The instructions are good, mounting is easy and secure. I've seen these newer afwalls being used hundreds of times since being introduced in 2008, and they have been nothing but really reliable and sensory-friendly for people on the spectrum. Unfortunately, there's a vocal group of haters on the internet who do not like this generation of afwall, but pay them no mind. The bowl of this toilet is deep enough compared to the older model that felt too shallow, like I was sitting on a clogged toilet. The new model, also, avoids siphoning out unnecessarily when you flush it, unlike the previous model that can do so unexpectedly and unnerve some people.
