Great upgrade from a standard toilette . Built in bidet is perfect solution since we did not have space for a separate European style bidet . Simpler install without needing electric hookup was a plus and also cheaper . no warm water option was not as big of an issue as I thought … water pressure on bidet spray tube is high so don’t turn it on when you’re facing it or you will get sprayed in the face.. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit.
