As the hinges were well made, they did not fit my cupboard. I requested a return, they offered me a % back and keep the hinges or pay to have returned . I chose to get % back. Very happy with the product and works as described. I would point out that you need to use the provided 1/2 inch connectors as the bidet requires that size.
