The toilet was well packaged and arrived without any damage. The installation was more difficult than anticipated due to the age of the house and previous toilet in the space. Very sleek toilet, looks easy to clean. I haven’t installed it so I will need to review again then. However the towel bowl is very deep and the tank is nice and flat so it won’t stick out far from the wall when installed. Multiple holes for installation depending on which direction your plumbing is and plugs for the sides that aren’t in use. Slow close is nice as well. This is a heavy toilet. I'm very happy with this purchase. Sauna was delivered on time, well packaged and on a pallet. Three large boxes (largest weighed was about 170 pounds). I put this together myself however I strongly recommend that you have two people. Assembly took me about two hours but then again, I did it all by myself. Nice sauna! This sauna heats up to 140 in about 20 minutes. Large enough for two average size people. I hooked up the stereo to an Alexa Echo Dot and it works great. Only negative was that the width of the Sauna is not 47.25” as stated in the specs. The top is closer 49”.
