This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. These chairs are just what I was looking for! They are good looking, solid and well made. They are quite comfortable and the pillows have a nice firmness. They do come with adjusters on the bottom of the legs. Putting them together was simple, but have to admit having a 2nd person help hold in place, while adding screws made the job go faster.
