Pretty straight forward and easy to install. My husband (who isn't too handy) was able to do it himself. It is very heavy so two people may be needed since it's 110lbs. The gold matches my daughter bathroom and it looks beautiful. The back is shorter than our last one but it's good since my four year old is able to teach the buttons by herself. The lid is soft closing so no more slamming of the cover. Feels great and looks just as clean and sleek. We needed something quick with integrated LED for building inspection so we just had to go with it, but there are too many little pieces that don’t quite make sense. We got this one in the chrome finish. It was installed by our electrician and it looks marvelous! We ended up getting different bulbs for the fixture so that I could be dimmable and a bit brighter. The 'corn led light bulbs' were well worth it, the light is gorgeous, using a light switch dimmer it can change the mood of foyer in an instant.
