Very nice table, perfect for temporary use until we find a more permanent table. It took longer to unpack the table than to put it together. We used the 30" pole for the right height for the chairs. No tools needed to assemble the pole has 2 notches to lock in to the top of the table. It would have been nice to have the same notches to lock for the bottom legs too. Im so in love with this table! It got here super quickly and assembling it was a piece of cake, the instructions said it would take 15 minutes and they were spot on. I was on the hunt for a round table to go with my counter height chairs, and I was struggling to find one that matched. This table works perfectly with both regular chairs and counter height ones. My top priority was a table top with a rustic look to hide any scratches. Besides a small nick that you can barely see in the picture, the table arrived in flawless condition.
