Love this mattress! It is heavy! But there are 2 handles each, on each side of the mattress to make for an easy lift with another person! It is true to size in thickness! We had to get deep pocket sheets because our regular ones kept coming off. The only reason I gave 4 stars was because it is a little softer than I like. I wish it was a bit more firm. This product is a replacement for the 6kw unit that i had for 10 years. I actually don't have a use for the lights and speakers as my shower is already done. Not very happy with the programmability of the unit. You can only run the unit in 30 min increments. So if it takes 15 minutes to get up to temp you have to run it for another 30 + 15 remaining from the preheat. Maybe I'll find a way to not have to add 30 min.
