I'm beyond frustrated with Wayfair! I have been trying to get parts to fix this tub that came with broken parts from Wayfair for over a month. Each time I call, they tell me that it will be taken care of immediately. Kohler asked Wayfair to send me replacement parts that are available on Feb 22 and it is already March 25. We love our new tub. It seemed narrow and not as deep as my old Jacuzzi tub so I was worried. All of my reservations was eliminated when I used it the very first time. It’s the perfect size for both my husband and I. I’m 5’5” and he’s 5’9”. It’s made for one person to fully stretch out and to use as intended.
