The ovens seem to work well and so far temperatures seem accurate. My biggest issue is the racks - the slide-out racks are GREAT, but they do take up extra room. I wish there was a flat rack available. Also, you get 3 racks for 2 ovens - 2 slide-outs and 1 floor rack. That means that you really can't load up both ovens at the same time. I am planning on purchasing a second floor rack for the upper oven. I have used the proofing setting (works fine) and bake, of course, but none of the other options yet. Some folks may be harder of hearing than others. • Storage drawer is large enough to store unused oven racks as well as (separately acquired) broiler pans. • Warming center (a great feature) on cooktop passed the melted butter test (i.e. keeping butter in melted but not over-heated state) • Instead of two large burners in the front, the cooktop would be much more useful if one of the burners in the front could allow the user to select either a larger burner circumference or a smaller one. Sometimes, a smaller burner is the only one needed. (Tea for two, for example.) • Oven door projects into the room a bit more than I expected, but is not obtrusive for my galley kitchen. • The oven shuts off when the timer reaches the set time.
