I had never done the lock together type flooring, but had done the glue down before, so I didn't know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised with this flooring. Although it is a bit more expensive, it is worth it, in my opinion. The flooring is so simple to put down- much easier and faster than the glue down type. It is thick and sturdy, does not scuff or move under the feet. It looks really nice when put together and is perfect for my Son's room! This one came fast and wasn't delayed, either!. Stephen. this is a traditional glue-down LVT floor that is waterproof, kid and pet-friendly, and easy to clean and maintain. Because this is glued to your subfloor, it is perfect when you don't want transition strips from room to room, making it a great option for homes with large spaces or special needs.

Picture doesnt do it justice. This tile is beautiful and looks very high end. The surface has a nice texture to it and not that cheap glossy stuff. Mannington also has grout specific to their products as well as a sealer. You can lay it down with or without grout. We are doing without. I could not find any pictures online of what it would look like not using grout so once our contractor installs Ill take another pic and post it. We chose the flex line because we have an old house and there is a hump in the floor from the structural wall underneath.
