The telescoping rail system is a great benefit. We have not yet unpacked the individual panels as we are waiting a remodel to be complete first. We are for certain going to have to shorten the panels; if this is a bad experience I will come back after 4/10 and update the review along with appropriate star reduction. So far, so good.. Laurel. I bought the blue five panel for my bedroom to use as a closet ‘door’. We liked it so well we bought this on for our other bedroom. These are super easy to install. For the first one I was able to mount into studs in the ceiling but for the second one I had to use anchors. Both worked great. So far we are very pleased. We still have to cut the length but it seems pretty straight forth. The color is just what we wanted. You can leave the top track and rod as is but I think we will be adding surround of some type. They do a great job filtering light and are so much more stylish than the others we had. Thes design was perfect for a window with extremely limited space for a curtain rod and finials. I looked for a long time to find the right design for full functionality and my aesthetic. I probably could use two sets of curtains on the window but I don’t think the rod would hold the additional weight. My curtains are fine and do cover the window fine but I would prefer to add an additional set for aesthetics only. I still love the design and would buy them again if they only came in this size. I did purchase a rod larger than I needed so that it is not hanging on just a weaker single rod. It has the support of the rod inside the rod that I’m not using.
