It’s very well made and solid. It’s large and beautiful. However, the top portion (3 spinner elements) are fixed to the angle you put it in the ground. Update to my review. Less than a year later and one spinner won’t spin in the wind at all now though it turns by hand. The other is only spinning on the top. Has anyone figured out how to fix it Took it apart, oiled screws and put back together and still isn’t working the same. Very cute. Took off a star because the paint got ruined when I tried to remove the stupid ipc code labels that were all over it. Not sure why a wrapped, labeled, and boxed item needed to have stickers like that Disappointed in the packaging. Will stick it behind some plants to hopefully disguise the fact that one whole side is missing paint and is totally messed up. This finish clearly wasnt baked on..
