I had a little hiccup installing the connector rods. Instructions said to install all 12 in the top section, however, I was having alignment issues. So I moved six to the bottom section and that did the trick. I was able to straighten it out using some fishing wire from the ceiling, and now it acts like a divider wall. I love it!. Sunshine. I bought these to help reduce the wind that we get on our deck. We have them attached to the railings. Last year we had to chase our furniture a few times during our wind storms but not this year. They worked very well as a wind break. They definitely had to be secured well to keep them in place. They look very nice and add to the look of our deck instead of taking away.
