To add pictures, you must download the Frameo app on your phone and send each photo to the frame over Wi-Fi. The thought of doing that thousands of times is simply unrealistic. The unit does not support USB transfers, which would have made uploading photos much easier. I also tried sending photos from my computer, but that did not work either. I contacted online customer support, but they were unable to provide a solution. As a result, I had to return the item.
