I’m so disheartened about this purchase. It’s been a complete debacle from the beginning. We ordered this couch in December and I had to inquire on its whereabouts in January. I was informed it was lost in transit and they sent a new one. A couch was delivered and was heavily stained and missing the bottom of the chaise. I called Wayfair and was informed that the delivered couch was the first lost in transit couch and the replacement was coming yet. At this point I was irritated but still holding out that the replacement would be ok. Second couch arrived and to my dismay, was torn and had rips in the fabric and one corner was completely deformed and mangled. I am nauseated thinking I spent 3,000 on this. This has a gorgeous design, perfect height for short people like me, and it is relatively firm. Unfortunately the fabric was problematic, the sofa looked like it was made of three different colors. The seat cushions have no velcro so they keep sliding out, it's very annoying after the 100th time. The two sections of the sofa have no hooks or other hardware so they can't be attached; when you sit on the sofa, one part moves away from the other very easily.
