It took a while to unpack and prep for install, but the initial impression of the unit itself is pretty good. It is a nice looking unit. It appears to be smaller than I expected but I haven't got it all together yet. I am VERY disappointed that the delivery people dropped it in my driveway without any contact or calls, they just left it and I was home. When you pay for a large item to be delivered inside it is frustrating. I had to push it inside my garage and it took two months for them to come back and bring it inside. As for packaging, it almost looks like the unit had been returned. The crating and packing was horrible and I'm surprised that I don't have damage, although I did find some. The item arrived quickly and in impeccable condition. Contains 2 packages one of the shower base and the other for the doors. The doors are extremely heavy! I am still waiting for the contractor to install, but I can already say it is a very well-made high-quality shower door that will add a touch of luxury to any bathroom. It is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. I hired a handyman who is really knowledgeable, and he had issues with the directions. the screws that came with it were too short so he had to run out to the hardware store and get longer ones. but it looks fabulous and I am looking forward to using it..
