The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. I love this couch! Beautiful design element and made with good quality. I’m 5’4 and find the dimensions very comfortable even though the back of the couch is short. I will say though, that my friends over 6 feet tall may be slightly less comfortable with the low back rest. Also, my only qualm with this couch is that the attachments allowing you to hook the two pieces together were screwed in slightly off, making the couch unlevel when they’re hooked to each other.
