I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. I would have given this oven 5 stars except the controls are too hard to read well. I also mounted it under the counter which adds to the difficulty. All other features are top notch. It cooks evenly throughout the different cooking options and is very easy to use. We got the black stainless steel and it looks beautiful.
