I have this rug in several sizes though out my house. It is fairly think and well made. The runners and small round one I have do not really shed and have held up great. It’s a really nice rug overall. I added a 14” thick rug pad underneath, which definitely makes it feel more plush and look more luxe. It is on the pricier side. Care Instructions vacuum, shake and rotate the rug regularly. Remove dried spots immediately by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot. Do not rub wet spots. Absorb moisture with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Professional carpet cleaning when needed.

I like everything about these runners regarding size availability, color, design, quality, weight & non-skid backing. I order a 7 foot & a 25 foot. Unfortunately I was disappointed that the runners curved when placed on the floor. Did an on-line search to see if this could be "fixed". It was suggested to use heavy duty "rug tape" & try to tape it down pulling it to make it straight. I've ordered the tape & don't have it yet so don't know if it's going to work.
